This was the main purpose of my trip to Milwaukee. I helped Ben and the PCI Group (Cook Customs) build their own frame jig. They flew me out for the week to help finalize the jig and give Ben some pointers on how to utilize the jig. It’s not like they don’t know how to use it but, there are key reference points and assembly procedures that are unique to every jig.
Ben started out by media blasting the old cast frame parts.
